HOUSE OF HOOPS MEMBERSHIP RULES:

Booking and Session Limits

  • Members can book sessions up to two weeks in advance.

  • A maximum of six 30-minute sessions can be booked at one time (per family member with membership) to ensure availability for all members.

    • A warning will be issued for excessive bookings. Subsequent over-bookings will be automatically canceled starting with the furthest out sessions.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations: A 2-hour cancellation notice is required. 

  • No-Shows will result in a $10 fee charged to the card on file.

Court Usage

  • Parents are welcome to play or train with their child on the same court at no additional cost.

  • A maximum of four people are allowed per court at any given time, including parents and buddy passes.

Buddy Passes

  • Buddy passes can be purchased online in advance or upon arrival during business hours.

  • The cost is $10 per visit.

  • Buddies must use the same court as the member who brings them.

  • Buddies are required to create a HOH account and agree to the facility's waivers.

Membership Terms

  • After an initial 3-month commitment, memberships convert to a month-to-month basis. Contact HOH to cancel.

    • Cancellations before the initial 3-month commitment will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Sibling Add-On

  • Each sibling added to a membership can book up to six 30-minute sessions at one time.

    • A warning will be issued for excessive bookings, and subsequent over-bookings will be automatically canceled starting with the furthest out sessions.

24/7 Memberships

  • All rules mentioned above apply to 24/7 memberships.

Additional 24/7 Rules

  • Reservations can be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

    • LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS: Will be honored on a case by case basis. Simply call/text HOH to request. We will do our best to accommodate last minute reservations.

  • A maximum of three additional people (in addition to the adult member) are allowed per reservation.

    • Example: Child + one buddy + parent.

  • Shooting machines and some training equipment will be available and ready for use.

  • Members are responsible for following court rules and cleaning up after themselves to prepare the space for the next member.

  • A $15 fee applies for lost key fob replacements.

  • The gym is monitored and recorded inside and outside at all times with two-way audio cameras.

    • Immediate cancellation of membership will occur if a non-member or unpaid buddy is allowed in the gym, or if more than the allowed number of guests per reservation are let in.

  • Buddy passes for 24/7 access MUST be purchased online in advance via the Upper Hand app.

  • Each member must use their key fob to enter the gym. Please allow each member to use their own key fob to access the facility.
